last summer jade, shaina, and i tie dyed in my backyard. super fun. so fun that shaina, dev, and i decided to do it again this year.

5.30.10 // vampire pony

saw these at sidecca. kinda gory, i'm a classier vampire than that ;-p


isn't she adorable? when i was little i had a purple pony that glowed in the dark. wonder what happened to it...

5.29.10 // skating up walls

very eventful day. drove from chatsworth->northridge->chatsworth->camarillo->ventura->moorpark->granada hills->northridge->chatsworth. and most of my time was spent driving, rather than doing the fun stuff that matt and i set out to do. skated for an hour, sat in traffic for an hour and a half, climbed for less than an hour and a half, then sat in another hour of traffic to get to my aunt's house in granada hills. ridiculous, i am not going to miss traffic when i'm in boston. much easier to let someone else do the driving haha. but vertical heaven was fun. matt always talks about how it's the coolest climbing gym ever, and it pretty much is. i haven't been on a rock wall since i was 12, but apparently i rock at it. ^_^

5.26.10 // touch-a touch-a touch-a touch me...

got an ipod touch! it might just be the coolest thing in the world. i'm giving up hope on apple and verizon striking some sort of deal anytime soon. and besides, with an ipod touch i don't really need an iphone anyway.



and remember my rad shirt that got ruined? well i found another shirt. not the same, but just as cool. saw the t-rex at the top and knew that it must be mine.

i randomly found this shirt on a clearance rack in sidecca the other day. thought it was freaking awesome. washed it...and the whole east coast got wiped out! so sad. =[ hope this isn't a sign about me moving east, yikes.

5.22.10 // conGRADulations pt 3: party time!

matt, nick, and adam's graduation party was a huge success. tons of really cool people were in and out for most of the night and i saw a lot of kids i hadn't seen in awhile.


matty got to jam with the band! he was fantastic, as usual.

went to nick and jen's graduation today from philosophy and english respectively. oh those humanities majors...

5.18.10 // conGRADulations!

sure, i got my diploma in december, but the ceremony was this morning. at 8am. matt and i got there at like 6:30 for pre-graduation jamba juices.

pps. the theatre was empty at the time... suddenly i feel considerably less badass.

5.15.10 // dirty derby

gotta make a poster of my choice for our last typography class. everyone told me to do roller derby. so i am. but that would require derby-esque photographs. all i had to do was mention it to matt and before i knew it i was in fishnets and on wheels.

















went to see the LA derby dolls afterwards. freaking fantastic, made me so excited to skate more in boston. no cameras were allowed inside the doll house, which sucks because it was really cool. but we did go to ihop later, which has become a m&m tradition.


our beloved pancaks. i want a framed picture. wonder what would happen if i went into an ihop and asked them if i could buy it.
