d's middle school is doing a production of 'willy wonka and the chocolate factory' this spring. she got the part of mike teavee, which is a great injustice because the girl really can freakin' sing her lungs out. her teacher just happens to be incompetant at directing, and cast a guy who has no talent whatsoever as willy because she 'saw him as the part.' oh well, d's happy so i won't complain.
of course, running lines to a play like this needs to be accompanied by candy! and lots of it.
the easter gummy lifesavers are more like fruit snacks. my mom still makes fun of me for eating them in rainbow order...
